At a glittering ceremony The Real Estate Institute of Australia recently honoured Sea Change Real Estate at the "REIA National Awards for Excellence" at the Marriott Resort & Spa in Surfers Paradise.

The honour was bestowed for the achievement of being selected as a National Finalist for "The Best Small Residential Agency of the Year 2011."

This follows Sea Change Real Estate being awarded "Tasmanian Best Small Residential Agency of the Year 2010" by the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania in September of last year.

In less than 12 months Sea Change Real Estate has become a multiple award winning agency. It is the first time a real estate agency from the North West Coast has won either award, and they enjoy a market share the envy of any company in the country.
